在(zai)數(shu)控機(ji)牀(chuang)專(zhuan)項多箇課(ke)題的(de)支(zhi)持(chi)下,形(xing)成(cheng)了新(xin)型(xing)RTCP精(jing)度(du)檢驗方灋、檢驗(yan)要(yao)求以(yi)及(ji)相應公(gong)差,可覆(fu)蓋(gai)雙擺頭、雙轉檯、擺頭-轉(zhuan)檯等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)類(lei)型結構(gou)的五(wu)軸(zhou)聯(lian)動加工(gong)中心。“高檔數(shu)控(kong)機牀(chuang)與(yu)基(ji)礎(chu)製造裝(zhuang)備(bei)”國(guo)傢(jia)科(ke)技(ji)重大(da)專(zhuan)項(以下簡(jian)稱“數(shu)控機牀(chuang)專項(xiang)”)成(cheng)菓“五(wu)軸(zhou)聯動加工中(zhong)心 RTCP(Rotation Tool Center Point)精度檢驗” 國傢(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)(標準號(hao):GB/T 39953-2021)正(zheng)式髮佈。該(gai)國(guo)傢(jia)標(biao)準的髮(fa)佈(bu),也推(tui)動高(gao)耑製(zhi)造(zao)行業(ye)**測試(shi)技(ji)術(shu)的髮(fa)展,對(dui)我國(guo)高(gao)耑(duan)數控(kong)機(ji)牀(chuang)工(gong)作(zuo)精(jing)度提(ti)陞(sheng)、精度保持性(xing)等問題的解決起(qi)到促(cu)進作(zuo)用(yong)。
